Because some artworks may involve AI-assisted generation, the copyright or registrability of particular elements may vary by jurisdiction. This Agreement grants contractual permission to use the delivered files under the selected license. The license applies only to files expressly included in the purchased product or lawfully made available through an active Update Access period. Future releases are not included unless expressly stated.
2. Personal License
The Personal License is granted to one individual purchaser for private, non-commercial use only. It is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may not be shared with another person or organization.

Employees or contractors may work with the files only on behalf of that licensee and may not retain or reuse the files independently.
Allowed uses include:
Brand and website visuals
Organic and paid social media content
Marketing materials and standard digital campaigns
Editorial and blog imagery
YouTube videos, motion graphics, and video backgrounds
Presentations, pitch decks, and internal business materials
Client projects, provided the client receives only the finished project and not the original artwork files or a standalone right to reuse them

4. Extended / Custom License

Merchandise, physical products, or print-on-demand for resale
Product packaging
Products in which the artwork is a primary selling feature
High-volume or enterprise-scale paid advertising or distribution

Logo, trademark, or official brand-mark use
NFT-related use or digital collectibles
AI training, dataset creation, fine-tuning, LoRA, machine-learning, or image-generation model development
Any requested assignment or transfer of rights that the artist is legally able to grant

5. Library Update Access
Library Update Access, when offered, is an optional add-on for an existing Personal or Commercial License holder. It is not a separate license and does not expand the permitted use of the underlying license.
Personal License + Personal Update Access: newly downloaded files remain subject to Personal License terms.
Commercial License + Commercial Update Access: newly downloaded files remain subject to Commercial License terms.
Update Access applies only during the paid access period stated at checkout.
When Update Access expires, access to future releases and later updates ends. Files lawfully downloaded during the active period remain subject to the original license terms unless the license is terminated for breach.
The library may evolve over time. New series may be introduced, and older files may be rotated, replaced, or retired as part of curation.
6. Excluded Works and Separate Products
Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, the following are not included in a Personal or Commercial Library License:

1/1 editions and other works designated as collectible or exclusive
Premium Packs or other products sold as separate standalone products
Photography, music, video, or other media not expressly included in the purchased product

7. Prohibited Uses
The following are prohibited under all standard license types unless separately agreed in writing:
Claiming that you created or authored the artworks
Reselling, redistributing, sharing, gifting, or otherwise providing the original or substantially unchanged files to others
Uploading the artworks to stock image websites, asset marketplaces, wallpaper libraries, template libraries, or similar distribution platforms
Using a substantial portion of the library to build or operate a competing artwork, stock, wallpaper, visual-asset, or download library
Using the artworks as the primary content of an account, portfolio, or brand in a way that presents the licensed artworks as your own AI-art or artist output
Selling the artworks as standalone digital downloads, prints, posters, templates, or merchandise without the required custom license
Using the artworks for AI training, dataset creation, fine-tuning, LoRA, machine-learning, or model development
Minting the artworks as NFTs, digital collectibles, or derivative NFT collections
Using the artworks as logos, trademarks, service marks, or official brand marks
Transferring, assigning, or sublicensing the license to another person or company
Sharing purchase links, download links, license files, or account access with others
Using the artworks in illegal, hateful, pornographic, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or exploitative content
Using the artworks in a way that falsely implies endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or approval by the artist
8. Permitted Modifications and Client Work
Unless otherwise restricted by the selected license, you may make ordinary project-level modifications such as cropping, resizing, color adjustment, adding text, compositing, animation, or incorporating the artwork into a larger finished design.
Modification does not create ownership of the underlying artwork and does not permit resale or redistribution of the artwork as a standalone or substantially unchanged asset.
For client work under a Commercial License, the client may receive the finished deliverable, but may not receive the original artwork files or independent reuse rights unless a separate license is obtained.
9. File Delivery, Library Changes, and Storage
Files are delivered digitally. Formats and resolution may vary by product and may include JPG, PNG, ZIP, PDF license notes, and preview files. The product listing controls the files and formats included in a particular purchase.
A one-time license grants continuing usage rights to the files included in the purchased product, subject to these Terms. It does not guarantee that every file will remain hosted or available for re-download indefinitely if the library is later curated, rotated, or technically migrated. Buyers should download and securely store the files they purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, prompts, raw generations, editable source files, layered files, PSD files, and project files are not included.
10. Attribution
Attribution is not required unless the product listing or a separate written agreement states otherwise. You may not falsely claim authorship or remove an express author credit when the credit is intentionally included as part of the delivered work or license documentation.
11. Refund Policy
Because digital files are delivered after purchase, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered for duplicate purchases, verified technical download failures, incorrect file delivery, or other clear delivery-related issues.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, failure to read the license terms, incompatibility with an intended use, unauthorized use after purchase, or an expectation of rights that are not included in the selected license.
12. No Warranty and Buyer Responsibility
The artworks are provided "as is." The artist does not guarantee that the artworks are suitable for every platform, project, market, jurisdiction, advertising channel, trademark application, or commercial purpose.
The buyer is responsible for confirming that the intended use complies with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising rules, client requirements, and local regulations. The buyer is also responsible for obtaining any additional permissions, releases, or clearances that may be required for the buyer's specific use.
13. Term, Breach, and Termination
Unless a product or access plan states a shorter access period, the usage rights granted for lawfully purchased and delivered files continue unless the license is terminated for breach. Access to future releases under Update Access lasts only for the paid access period.
If you materially violate this Agreement, the license may be terminated. Upon termination for breach, you must stop using the affected artworks and delete copies in your possession or control, except where continued retention is required by law.
The artist reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to unauthorized use, redistribution, resale, misrepresentation, infringement of any rights the artist lawfully holds, or other breach of this Agreement.
14. Acceptance and General Terms
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the artworks, you agree to these Terms and to the specific product description shown at the time of purchase. If a separate written agreement signed by the artist grants different rights, that written agreement controls for the rights it expressly covers.
All standard licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable. No exclusivity, copyright assignment, trademark right, sublicensing right, or ownership interest is granted unless expressly agreed in writing.

The Commercial License grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the included artworks in standard commercial creative projects. The license applies to one purchasing individual or one legal entity. Employees or contractors may work with the files only on behalf of that licensee and may not retain or reuse the files independently.
Allowed uses include:
Brand and website visuals
Organic and paid social media content
Marketing materials and standard digital campaigns
Editorial and blog imagery
YouTube videos, motion graphics, and video backgrounds
Presentations, pitch decks, and internal business materials
Client projects, provided the client receives only the finished project and not the original artwork files or a standalone right to reuse them
Other non-exclusive commercial creative projects that do not fall under Section 4
The Commercial License does not include resale or redistribution of the artwork files, stock or marketplace upload, merchandise or print-on-demand for resale, product packaging, logo or trademark use, NFT minting, AI training, sublicensing, exclusive rights, or assignment or transfer of intellectual-property rights.
4. Extended / Custom License
Some uses require a separate written agreement and custom quote. No extended, exclusive, or specially negotiated rights are granted unless they are expressly stated in writing.
A custom agreement is required for:
Exclusive or limited-exclusive usage
Merchandise, physical products, or print-on-demand for resale
Product packaging
Products in which the artwork is a primary selling feature
High-volume or enterprise-scale paid advertising or distribution
Sublicensing or allowing third parties to reuse the artwork independently
Logo, trademark, or official brand-mark use
NFT-related use or digital collectibles
AI training, dataset creation, fine-tuning, LoRA, machine-learning, or image-generation model development
Any requested assignment or transfer of rights that the artist is legally able to grant
Any other use outside the standard Commercial License
5. Library Update Access
Library Update Access, when offered, is an optional add-on for an existing Personal or Commercial License holder. It is not a separate license and does not expand the permitted use of the underlying license.
Personal License + Personal Update Access: newly downloaded files remain subject to Personal License terms.
Commercial License + Commercial Update Access: newly downloaded files remain subject to Commercial License terms.
Update Access applies only during the paid access period stated at checkout.
When Update Access expires, access to future releases and later updates ends. Files lawfully downloaded during the active period remain subject to the original license terms unless the license is terminated for breach.
The library may evolve over time. New series may be introduced, and older files may be rotated, replaced, or retired as part of curation.
6. Excluded Works and Separate Products
Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, the following are not included in a Personal or Commercial Library License:
NFT or collector works
1/1 editions and other works designated as collectible or exclusive
Premium Packs or other products sold as separate standalone products
Photography, music, video, or other media not expressly included in the purchased product
Prompts, raw generations, editable source files, layered PSD files, project files, or other working files
7. Prohibited Uses
The following are prohibited under all standard license types unless separately agreed in writing:
Claiming that you created or authored the artworks
Reselling, redistributing, sharing, gifting, or otherwise providing the original or substantially unchanged files to others
Uploading the artworks to stock image websites, asset marketplaces, wallpaper libraries, template libraries, or similar distribution platforms
Using a substantial portion of the library to build or operate a competing artwork, stock, wallpaper, visual-asset, or download library
Using the artworks as the primary content of an account, portfolio, or brand in a way that presents the licensed artworks as your own AI-art or artist output
Selling the artworks as standalone digital downloads, prints, posters, templates, or merchandise without the required custom license
Using the artworks for AI training, dataset creation, fine-tuning, LoRA, machine-learning, or model development
Minting the artworks as NFTs, digital collectibles, or derivative NFT collections
Using the artworks as logos, trademarks, service marks, or official brand marks
Transferring, assigning, or sublicensing the license to another person or company
Sharing purchase links, download links, license files, or account access with others
Using the artworks in illegal, hateful, pornographic, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or exploitative content
Using the artworks in a way that falsely implies endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or approval by the artist
8. Permitted Modifications and Client Work
Unless otherwise restricted by the selected license, you may make ordinary project-level modifications such as cropping, resizing, color adjustment, adding text, compositing, animation, or incorporating the artwork into a larger finished design.
Modification does not create ownership of the underlying artwork and does not permit resale or redistribution of the artwork as a standalone or substantially unchanged asset.
For client work under a Commercial License, the client may receive the finished deliverable, but may not receive the original artwork files or independent reuse rights unless a separate license is obtained.
9. File Delivery, Library Changes, and Storage
Files are delivered digitally. Formats and resolution may vary by product and may include JPG, PNG, ZIP, PDF license notes, and preview files. The product listing controls the files and formats included in a particular purchase.
A one-time license grants continuing usage rights to the files included in the purchased product, subject to these Terms. It does not guarantee that every file will remain hosted or available for re-download indefinitely if the library is later curated, rotated, or technically migrated. Buyers should download and securely store the files they purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, prompts, raw generations, editable source files, layered files, PSD files, and project files are not included.
10. Attribution
Attribution is not required unless the product listing or a separate written agreement states otherwise. You may not falsely claim authorship or remove an express author credit when the credit is intentionally included as part of the delivered work or license documentation.
11. Refund Policy
Because digital files are delivered after purchase, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered for duplicate purchases, verified technical download failures, incorrect file delivery, or other clear delivery-related issues.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, failure to read the license terms, incompatibility with an intended use, unauthorized use after purchase, or an expectation of rights that are not included in the selected license.
12. No Warranty and Buyer Responsibility
The artworks are provided "as is." The artist does not guarantee that the artworks are suitable for every platform, project, market, jurisdiction, advertising channel, trademark application, or commercial purpose.
The buyer is responsible for confirming that the intended use complies with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising rules, client requirements, and local regulations. The buyer is also responsible for obtaining any additional permissions, releases, or clearances that may be required for the buyer's specific use.
13. Term, Breach, and Termination
Unless a product or access plan states a shorter access period, the usage rights granted for lawfully purchased and delivered files continue unless the license is terminated for breach. Access to future releases under Update Access lasts only for the paid access period.
If you materially violate this Agreement, the license may be terminated. Upon termination for breach, you must stop using the affected artworks and delete copies in your possession or control, except where continued retention is required by law.
The artist reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to unauthorized use, redistribution, resale, misrepresentation, infringement of any rights the artist lawfully holds, or other breach of this Agreement.
14. Acceptance and General Terms
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the artworks, you agree to these Terms and to the specific product description shown at the time of purchase. If a separate written agreement signed by the artist grants different rights, that written agreement controls for the rights it expressly covers.
All standard licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable. No exclusivity, copyright assignment, trademark right, sublicensing right, or ownership interest is granted unless expressly agreed in writing.
